Fruit Salad Parfait

My mother-in-law only have to make it once, and we were all in love!

So, I got her permission to share the secret and I’m so excited to share it with you!

Easy Fruit Salad Parfait

Ingredients:

Two 6 ounce raspberry yogurts (or your favorite flavor)

One package of vanilla instant pudding (3.4 oz in powder form)

16 ounces of whipped topping

about 16 ounces of your favorite fruits

Mix together the pudding powder and yogurt really well. (The powder doesn’t blend very well with the whipped topping. Believe me, I found that out the hard way. Thankfully those at the pot luck had never had it before and were too kind to say anything.) ;)

Now you may go ahead and add the whipped topping and fruit!

You can add the fruit to the top for a parfait effect:

Or mix it all in for a fruit salad effect:

Hope you enjoy our family secret fruit salad parfait!
