Love is in the air, everywhere you look around! Oh, except in my house. My place is seriously lacking in the Valentine’s Day decor area. Too often, I find home decor projects intimidating, or I just plain don’t like the craft enough to put it all of the effort! That will change, my friends, thanks to IShare Crafts and YOU! 1.  Give Your Room a SMOOCH!

 This cute Valentine decoration from “Create, Craft, Love” caught my eye because of its non-use of anything heart-related! Aren’t the lips, in place of the double o’s, adorable?! It is so simple to cover wooden letters to spell almost anything! Cover with patterned paper that compliments your room and you’ll have a piece you’ll love to use over and over again!

2. Add a little PALLET love!

 We love this piece of home decor because, not only is it divinely beautiful, its non-traditional valentine colors make it a piece you can leave up all year long! I love any home decor items that can be left up year round, don’t you? This is a fabulous tutorial that takes you through creating your OWN, step-by-step.

3. Turn an old sweater into a Valentine Wreath!

Use up an old sweater (or pick one up on the cheap at a thrift store) and make it into a beautiful wreath for your front door! The sweater gives it such a soft and lovely look, doesn’t it? How easy is this?

4. Make a LOVELY Throw Pillow

This pillow would make a “sweet” addition to any room for Valentine’s day, but it is cute enough to leave out all year long! You’ll love this sweet and simple tutorial and will be making your own in NO time!

5. Stitch a HEART Garland

6. Frame A Red Rose Heart

Making a heart (or any shape) out of silk roses makes a gorgeous piece of home decor, but framing it puts it over the top! How easy would it be to switch out the piece in the middle to suit every season? I love this!

7. Make it a “Banner” Occasion!
We {heart} this banner from “I {heart} naptime! It is so simple, and so beautiful! I’m sure we can all find old book pages around the house. Add some pink hearts, punched out using a punch or cut on a die cut machine, and you’ve got a gorgeous focal point for any room! Celebrate the season!
