    Favorite neighour gift is when kids and I bake and decorate Gingerbread and Sugar cookies and give them to our neighbours and then to the firehall up the street on Christmas Day. Would be really dressed up with a great tag and twine :)

  9. I just pinned a great neighbor Christmas gift idea. It included a box of Ho Hos and a box of Ding Dongs. The tag reads “Ho ho ho! Merry Christmas from the Ding Dongs next door!” The boxes could be tied together with twine!

    1. What would I use it for? Being this time of the year there wouldn’t be a Christmas gift or tag without it! Plus, I am making calendars as gifts and would use it as embellishment on various pages.

    I have a great mocha latte mix that I love to share with neighbors. A cute cello bag wrapped with twine and a cute attached. I do have 150 cards to make for my Children’s Ministry volunteers. This would be such a treat to have the spools. I know my hubby would make a great display rack for them too!

    I love twine I use it for so many things, but my favorite way is on cards of all kinds. It seems I can always find a way to use to change the whole feel of my cards. Can’t say enough good things about twine.( Love it on my scrapbook pages)

    For neighbors, I package hot chocolate mix and make homemade marshmallows (YUM!). For some, I also add cookies and/or spiced or candied nuts.     okay, now that i really read the rules… i commented on the adorable little sweater ornaments & how i would use the twinery twine, making friendship bracelets, is one of the things i am giving my fabulous neighbors!
    i also give a babysitting voucher to neighbors i am close with (& i know would appreciate a night off!). i make them super cute with all my scrapbooking stuff.
    i make “white trash” (chex mix coated in white chocolate, i have no idea where the name came from but everyone LOVES it & its SUPER easy) and i put it in little garbage cans i found at 5 below (for bigger ones i use the galvanized metal ones from the wholesaler near me in NJ. it will fit about a pound! & i include a metal scooper).
    i have more but my boss is calling me!
    ok… now i did all four and i am soooooooooooo excited to see if i win!

    Thank you for the twine giveaway. I would probably use the twine in all the common (already mentioned ways) and depending on its texture and width I might try simple crochet chain stitch or braiding (to mix colors) for other projects.
