I don’t know about you, but I can not believe that tomorrow is June. It can’t be! I don’t remember MAY even happening!! This also means that Summer is only a couple of short weeks away, and I haven’t even begun to start planning, yet. Normally this would really freak me out – stress to the max – but then I remembered that IShare always has my back, especially where planning/organization printables are concerned. I quickly found seven SWEET printables that will take the work out of planning for summer fun, and I’m sharing them with you…so let’s get started!
“Organize” has created an super cute printable to help us plan ahead! Use this chevron planner to research places you want to go, see, stay, and eat. And don’t forget all the fun things you want to do! Planning the trip can be half the fun!
2. Camping Meal Planner
Are you planning any camping trips this summer? I am, and I learned quickly that a little planning ahead (especially your meals) goes a LONG way in making for a smoother camp. After planning meals for a long weekend camping trip, I created this printable to keep track of the meals, ingredients, and even the pans you’ll need!
It is inevitable that as school comes to an end, and summer begins that the kids start to whine…”Is it summer, yet???” Print out this fabulous countdown chart from “My Computer Is My Canvas” and make counting down fun, too!
Another inevitable part of summer – especially when traveling anywhere – is long hours in the car. This can be so hard for little ones, so why not help them work on some important skills while having a blast at the same time? “Small Types” has provided a free printable booklet filled with fun road trip games and activities that will have the kids keeping busy AND learning at the same time!
Rebecca from Simple As That shares her famous “Photo Checklists” to help inspire our photography this summer! She also shares her new “Travel Photo Checklist” which is PERFECT for planning this summer! She suggests a lot of great photo ideas that you might not have thought of. A definite must to check out.
Much of the point of Summer activities are the incredible memories you are making. Why not record those memories on paper? My memory is terrible at the best of times – some things I only remember IF I write them down. “The Letter 4” has created a gorgeous printable page designed to record those special summer memories. I especially love that she includes the color palette info so you can customize! Love that.
7. Festival BINGO
And finally – festivals are a huge part of summer time, as well as other new and fun adventures. If you want to try something new, check out this fun Festival BINGO created by “The Flourishing Abode”, as well as their entire “Adventure” series. FUN STUFF!!
There are so many more fun and unique ideas being submitted every day to IShare, so pop back often to check it out! Oh, and if you have created a fun summertime idea or craft, I hope you’ll take the time to submit it to IShare. Who knows? Your idea might be featured here on HowDoesShe!
Happy planning, everyone!
