Rustle up a Recipe for Rearing a Kid!

‘A recipe book on child guidance would make

parenting a lot easier…’

You know when you have those ‘parenting’ questions…am I doing this right?  Am I showing enough love, etc…I have them quite often.

Lucky for me, my dad is a child psychologist and I get to ask him a ton of questions.  When we were growing up, he wrote articles about parenting for the newspaper.  I asked him the other day if we could use one on How Does She?  to help us fill our ‘Love her family’ category with good, fun, parenting advise.   He sent me this article…I am glad he did because I didn’t know he was this funny!

If you like it leave a comment and maybe we can convince him to write another article with your ’comment love!’

How Funny. Instead of writing articles,…do you think he could actually write that recipe book? I’d love to have it as a reference. ;)

Good stuff here. My favorite? “Sharing: Refer to fictional characters in story books….”

I would be willing to have an entire recipe box full of these! I’ve never read something like this that could be so fun and SO TRUE! I hope there’s more where that came from. Thank you Dr Boswell for adding an extra smile to the daily battle of parenting!

I so needed that “saucy bedroom cleaning guide” recipe. I am trying it out with my daughter after work. Thanks for sharing your dad’s wisdom.
