Let me ask you something. Do you ever hear this question in your house?
“Mooooommm, what’s for dinner?”
or
“What’s cookin’ tonight, sweet cheeks?” (Ok, so maybe that’s just MY husband.)
I know I hear this ALL the time. That’s why I was so thrilled to learn about My Family Meal Planner.
My Family Meal Planner is a great tool for simplifying life in the kitchen. There are 4 meals planned for you per week, including 1 crockpot meal per week. That’s 5 meals PLANNED FOR YOU! (Big smiles going on over here.)
All of the Family Meal Planners are quick, easy, family friendly meals. Also, you will save so much time and money because you are going to the grocery store with a plan! All the recipes are included as well as weekly grocery lists.
(You can also purchase a preprinted grocery list notepad!)
Ah.MAZING!
Just a little history behind this genius idea. My Family Meal Planner began in October of 2006. It actually started out as a Christmas present! Lindsay, the creator of My Family Meal Planner said her sister would always call her asking her what she was making for dinner. So, for Christmas one year Lindsay decided to plan 4 meals per week for her for an entire year. (Wow, now that’s a cool sister!) She also made the grocery lists for her!
Lindsay was so excited about it, she gave it to her sister in October instead, and sent an email out to all of friends telling them what she had made for her. They kept forwarding the email on to their friends and she sold 50 books the first day. My Family Meal Planner was born. She has since sold over 7,000 meal planners all over the United States and other countries! Wowza!
She has since added:
My Family Meal Planner #2
Meal Planner for 2
My Family Meal Planner Light
My Kids Meal Planner
My Lunchbox Meal Planner
and My Family Meal Planner Meat Optional.
Mmm…I think I’m going to have to try all of them! This lunchbox planner would sure be useful!
The My Family Meal Planner Light also includes all the nutritional information for each recipe and meal, points that are already figured if you are on weight loss system that counts points, carb choices for diabetics and all meals are 500 calories or less! The Mobile App is coming soon too!

Good Luck ladies!!

I really like both the family meal planner and the family meal planner #2. These are awesome!
I always love it when you gals give us printables. I love to make cute cards and things.
My favorite “go to” meal for my family is anything fast and easy. We are always on the go. We love things like spaghetti, tacos, anything you can throw on the bbq grill.
What a cute Idea–I like the Meal Planner 1 and 2–I would have to toss a coin to choose! but I also like the kids one–get my kids cooking in the kitchen!
I visited their blog–and follow, fb and subscribe now!
I love the printables–I am really getting into them! I have started decorating my rooms with them! Thanks!
My favorite go to meal is usually bacon and eggs! Or spaghetti and meatballs!
Goulash is a heavy favorite in our house!
