I don’t have a lot of memories of my mom growing up as I was primarily raised by my dad. But my grandmother is an amazing woman, and I have wonderful memories of being a child in summer being sent out to pick fresh raspberries to eat for breakfast with cream and sugar. To this day the smell of raspberries makes me think of her.

My favorite memory of my mom: last week we were driving in the car and she made a hillarious noise to make me laugh. She’s not normally so goofy and it caught me off gaurd.

my mom has really been helping us financially lately since my boyfriend lost his job. she emailed me asking how much we needed for our rent. it was really nice of her just to offer, instead of me having to ask.

My favorite memory of my mom is when we were visiting her parents in the country when I was about 8 and we took a trip to the middle of nowhere and somehow we had the bet that she would eat a cricket if someone could catch one. Well, I was the one to catch it, naturally. And she swallowed it with no watter and it kept jumping up her throught and no water to wash it down with. She wasn’t too happy with my cricket catching skills.

My favorite “momory”… When I had my daughter 5 years ago, my husband was in Iraq. My Mom was there with me as I had my C Section, and cut the cord on our sweet baby girl! Having her there made it a little easier without my DH!!

My favorite is the rose bag in either pewter or moonbeam.
My favorite memory of my mom would have to be going to the wild animal with just my mom (which is not very common since there were always 4 of us). I was with her all alone for the whole day – i was only 7 and this has stuck with me.

Favorite memory of my mom is the family trips we took when I was younger and how involved both she and my dad were in planning our days and schedules – things I never realized were done until I had to do them myself for my family!

My favorite memory is my cousin Patty, she was an adult when I was a child, My own mother was not able to care for me, she made me dresses, gave me a beautiful room and curled my hair. All that my own mom never did. I am sorry that I was not able to tell her before she passed how much I appreciated her care.
