FREE Photobook from Picaboo

March 4, 2010 by

That’s right! We found another Freebie, and it’s a good one! Whoo hoo!

This is a large ’8×11′ PhotoBook to all new customers {not the small 8×8′s or flip books}. To Get a free Classic photo book at Picaboo! Use code AFFLGB. New customers can choose a 20-page ‘Large Classic’, ‘Classic Leather’, or ‘Classic Custom’ high quality photo book (valued at $39.99).

fambooks I admit that I am slightly obsessed with making photobooks. I love the fact that unless ‘flood or fire’ they are going to stay intact (unlike my amateur scrapbook pages I attempted to make 10 years ago). I LOVE PHOTOBOOKS!

I often find my two year old grabbing one of our family photobooks and asking me to ‘read them’ to him.  Melts my heart. bookB

Openbook

What are you going to do with your free Classic photo book at Picaboo!? Here are a few ideas, but help us add to the list!

*Family YearBook {This is a must every year in my family}

*Create the most adorable ‘ART Coffee Table Book’ filled with your kids drawn art. Scan it in! Similar to Alison’s Kid Art Tutorial.

*Special Trips or Occasions {I just finished our Christmas Vacation ’09 Book}

*How about a ‘Remember when we fell in love?’ Book full of pictures of while you and your spouse were dating. Perfect for an Anniversary gift!

*Make your child a published author! Alison’s little girl drew several pictures, explained them to her mom. Alison scanned each page in and typed the storyline. Vwallah. Published author! Adorable!

*Make an ABC book with your kids! They will love getting creative and taking pictures of all things A-Z.

This offer is good until March 31st, and your only cost is shipping ($8.99). To begin creating your book, download the convenient photo software (I know…software, but it makes it easy) and Get Creating! You can work on your book throughout the month.  Just make sure it’s ordered by March 31st!

Create your own photo book free at Picaboo. Get yours now with code AFFLGB.

{Get started now so it’s finished in time!}

    The link you posted comes up with an error and invalid code.

    • Shelley says:

      Fixed! Whew! Between posting this and putting kids down for naps I didn’t check the links {MY BAD} It’s up and working properly now! :)

  2. Julie says:

    I made my daughter an ABC family book with a free offer a while ago. Each page is dedicated to a letter (or two) with pictures of family members whose names begin with that letter. Some of the letters required a little creativity!

    I am a photobook fanatic! Thanks so much for the link! I have made several of the large ones…they make great gifts for grandparents too! I also make the smaller ones to remember family events, i.e. vacations, outings, etc. I keep them in a basket in the family room for viewing anytime. It’s a great way to save those memories!!

    I downloaded the software and picked out 130 pictures from 2008 to make a book with. When I opened it up I realized it was not as easily laid out as snapfish and begged off. But I’ll check back here periodically to see if others have successfully made theirs.

    ****UPDATE!!!**** I just started using their software and it ROCKS!!! There are a lot of nice features! You can do a lot of ‘photoshop’ like things {layers} and transform tools. NICE! I haven’t found another ‘photobook’ company that does that. -Let us know how you like it.

  8. Jane T says:

    Thanks for the code. I just put together and ordered my book of my great-granddaughter. I’m a happy camper!!! Thanks again.

  9. Maybe I looked in the wrong place, but I saw somewhere that the coupon actually expires December 2010. I’m thinking about risking it since my baby boy is turning one at the end of the year. I’d love to use this as his first year photo book. Did anyone else see that?

    • Shelley says:

      It totally works! Just click the link above and it will guide you through the steps. :) I looked into it to make sure it was legit! :) Promise.

    I just finished my book last night. I love this program!!! There are hundreds of cute backgrounds to choose from and it is super easy. This will be my new go-to site for photo books. Thanks for letting us in on the offer! :)

  11. Gabby says:

    Yay! I’ve never made a photobook before. We always think that we should, but we haven’t yet. I really think we should use this code and finally try it out!

  12. Lynne says:

    The code works and what a great program! I’m currently waiting for my book to be delivered. Thanks for the heads up! Love your site!!!

  13. Johanna says:

    Oh, bummer—this doesn’t work on a Mac!! Thanks for the great link…maybe I can steal hubby’s computer to make one. Photo books are the best!

  14. Kelsi Fullmer says:

    Just ordered my photobook! I made one about our cancun trip last month. It was perfect, I didn’t want to have to scrapbook about it! Thanks for telling us about it! Super easy software to work with!

  15. Mary Jane Ricks says:

    Thank you for the link. I was able to get a month by month book made for the first year of my son’s life. It turned out cute.

  16. Heather says:

    What is the best photo book program you have found?

    • Shelley says:

      I am still trying and learning myself. I really like blurb,…a lot! Shutterfly is another favorite with good quality and often great ‘code’ promotions. I wish they had more layout, labeling options, but I use them often. I am hearing great reviews about Picaboo though! I am excited to get mine and compare. I like their software program. I hear picaboo has FAST production and with this free promo,…it is definitely worth giving them a try. :) Thanks for asking. Anyone else have thoughts on this?

  17. Hi Shelley!

    This is my first visit to your awesome site via a fellow digital scrapbook designer who linked your Picaboo post on Facebook!

    I’ve already signed up to receive your news in my inbox! :D

    I started posting here but it is rather lengthy so I am going to send you an email by way of your contact button!

    Thank you for sharing the FREE photo book offer from Picaboo – they were the first photo book site I ever signed up with several years ago!

    Have a GORGEOUS weekend!

    Hi! I just finished my book and I’m so excited to see the real thing! The hardest part was choosing which pages to keep and which ones to put in the next edition. Thanks so much for the link. Love your site, so inspirational!

  19. Tera says:

    I managed to put together an awesome photobook in an hour with their software (after I spent 6 hours picking the pictures to go in the book).

    Thanks for the tip!

    (The offer ends tomorrow at midnight, btw)
