Okay…Why a post on a Cricut Machine?
I know they can do a lot for paper, but have you seen what they can do with vinyl?
For one…They are small and affordable. Vinyl cutters are expensive and take up a lot of room (I know I have one).
Two…Cricut Machines are a great asset for gift giving…you can personalize gifts and make them unique and it can save you a lot of money in the long run!
Three…They are great to make decorations for holidays, birthdays, and just because!

Thank you so much for this post! I have been wanting a Cricut for Christmas. We don’t have a Roberts here so I hadn’t heard about it before… but I just got the best deal online! $89.99 sale on the Personal Cricut… used coupon code beatrush47a for 30% off (thought for sure it would exclude the Cricut) – got it for $63! Also got myself one cartridge with the discount. This deal would have been even better if I could have picked up at a store rather than paying shipping… so count yourself lucky if you live by one! Anyway, just thought I’d pass the deal along. I tested it on the Expressions machine too and it worked as well (makes it $161!)
Well, shoot, I was trying to do the deal that Malissa talked about and the coupon code had already expired. Anyone know of another one to make it that cheap?

I’m kicking myself for not buying the Expressions while it was on such a good sale. Alison – do you need to by a special kind of vinyl to work in the machine? Can’t wait to see all your vinyl projects… hope you post more soon! Is the “let it snow” block posted somewhere?
I just checked with Roberts and the Cricut Expression price did change. They told us is was going to be through the week, but I guessed they changed their minds. We will keep watching for good deals though!
The vinyl…matte works great. This is the normal kind that can be found at Roberts or other craft stores.
I know Roberts is having 25% off with coupon code ROBERTS25W.
We are also working with a company who is setting up a deal for HowDoesShe Readers for strips of vinyl. When we have more info I will post it! It should be soon.

I showed my husband this deal and he got me one for Christmas. The only reason I know is because they ship it in a box with Provo Craft Cricut machine right on the side. My husband was so upset because this was going to be my Christmas present. I am still stoked to have it but they should be more sensitive this time of year about what they package it in.
