I am in crazy love with Michael Buble {this is no secret to my husband}. He has a new cd out called “Crazy Love
Now maybe Michael Buble isn’t your thing. Music is a very personal thing. As cheesy as it sounds,…it is a language of its own and speaks to people differently. Sometimes music makes me happy {just ask my 2 year old I was dancing with to Christmas music last night}, sometimes it speaks to me spiritually, sometimes it heals my heart {remember those breakup days when you’d blast love songs,…don’t try to deny it}. Whatever way it speaks to you, it speaks. And it is beautiful. For this reason, music is one of my very very favorite gifts to give and to receive.
Because we all have very different tastes when it comes to music, I thought it would be fun to start a list. Whats on your music wish list this year? What about your spouse? I need some inspiration for my husband…..

I didn’t know I wanted that album until I just watched that video – it is now on my ever growing Christmas list! Nice.
We have had this for a few weeks – it is our current family favorite in the car – teenager daughter, husband, and me. LOVE LOVE LOVE it.
I love the video! And now I want the CD. I remember my Dad listening to the old Standards while I was driving with him in our car while I was growing up. I thought they were SO corny. Now they are my favorite! They remind me of my Dad and of being in love with my hubby!
I agree. Music speaks to my soul too! I love music. I could be in the worst mood ever and a good song could come on and change EVERYTHING! I Love Micheal Buble, he does make you want to fall in love. I love his music.

Oh.my.gosh. I lovelovelovelove MB, and his new CD is awesome. If you ask for anything for Christmas, it should be this if you are a Buble fan. And, he’s just announced his tour dates, so you can check his website for that info. FYI
I love almost every kind of music, so it doesn’t matter what people get me, I’m good. Not sure what my hubs would want. He likes anything, too. Good luck, everyone. Hope you get what you wish for. 
You are so right – music is such a wonderful emotional outlet (and inlet sometimes!) I love talking to people about music and what they like – i think that you can learn a lot about a person just by engaging in the music that touches them. When my fiance and I first started dating we would spend hours going back and forth playing songs for one another and then talking about them. Even now we spend lazy summer evenings on the porch or cozy winter nights by the fire doing the same thing – great converstation starters!
As far as wish lists go: Nora Jones’ new release The Fall tops out my list and I know the boy has had his eye on the new David Gray, Trevor Hall and Band of Horses albums.
