Pinkalicious Birthday Party

Pinkalicious Party

I know, I know, you have been begging and we are finally delivering.  For those of you who don’t know the story of Pinkalicious, here is the idea: “Pink, pink, pink. More than anything, Pinkalicious loves pink, especially pink cupcakes. Her parents warn her not to eat too many of them, but when Pinkalicious does . . . she turns pink! What to do?” - Authors Victoria and Elizabeth Kann.

Without further adieu, here is the Pinkalicious Party to compliment the adorable Pinkalicious Party Favors we showed you a few weeks ago.

Talk about every little girl’s DREAM!  I love how she incorporated the petal party idea we posted about.  The whole Pinkalicious Party theme and story makes me smile.  I am fairly certain I need this book among my collection. You can purchase the adorable Pinkaliciousstory here.

Let’s meet the face behind this incredible birthday party.  We featured her a few months ago when she taught us how to make napkin dresses.  This time we thought we would introduce her properly.

Meet our cutest friend Jen:

Pinkalicious Birthday Party

Five Fun Facts:

1. I love to plan ahead…I hate procrastinaters!
2. I have 4 kids whose birthdays are May-June-July-August.  No, I’m not having one for every month of the year.
3. I hate doing laundry.
4. My obsession with Twilight has rubbed off on my baby…she only has two teeth on top and they look like fangs.
5. I love to throw parties!  {Jen threw both my baby showers! First for my little boy, and then for my twin girls.  Talk about Super Friend}

Super Hero Power Wanted:

I wish I could duplicate myself to allow me to spend more time with each one my kids.  I wouldn’t mind an extra “me” to do the laundry either!

Jen, Thank you for sharing this adorable Pinkalicious Party with us.  What I wouldn’t give to be six years old again.

We are linking up to these fabulous link parties.  Thanks for hosting gals!

  26. Alyssa Mayo says:

I love this! Now I can’t decide if I should do a Rainbow Fairies party (like the rainbow one shown here just tweaked a bit), a Fancy Nancy Tea Party or a Pinkalicious party for my 4 year old! Thanks for the ideas, I will be back for more soon.

  27. Tara Smith says:

Where did you get the printables for the necklaces? Also, you can use a small magnet on the back and attach it to a washer-those are popular around here. Thanks!

    • Missy says:

Jen made those – I think she just scanned a picture from the book and tweaked it in a photo editing program. They turned out so cute! Great idea with the washer – then you could change it out.

  28. Di Ryan says:

This is COMPLETELY right up my party planning ally! My hat is off to you! Superb! While I have not done a Pinkalicious party (my daughter loves that book though!) and I planning a tea party for her 8th birthday in Sept. Any sweet ideas out there? I am listening!

I just found your site and I am a HUGE new fan!
    Seriously fabulous!

  31. Jennie says:

I have been thinking about this since I saw it posted. This is my daughter’s absolute FAVORITE book EVER. (She’s being lame and wants an Ariel party, but I’m doing my best to convince her otherwise. I’ve got until the beginning of October!) Thank you SOOOOOOO very much for this. It’s awesome. I love your site and check in religiously. You’ve inspired me in so many ways. Keep up the great work! (And most of all thank you for doing such amazing things that even *I* can handle! It’s a huge self-esteem booster!)

  32. Marisa says:

    Hi,
Love it! Very inspiring! I am hosting a pinkalicious party in a few weeks for my 4 year old at a friends dance studio. I was wondering if you had a template for the crown your dauther is wearing in the photos. I was thinking of having all the girls where them. Thank you.

    • Missy says:

We featured a friend for this post, so we don’t have access to the materials she used for the ideas, sorry. She said she found most of what she used online, though! Have fun at the party – this is such a fun theme!

  33. debbie says:
