If you didn’t win, now really is a GREAT time to buy the 48 hour survival kit. It is on sale for HALF off until the end of May. Thank you Shelf Reliance!

In an uncertain world, few things are more comforting than knowing you and your loved ones are prepared for the future. Are you prepared for an emergency? Due to demand for this kit, Shelf Reliance has put this Emergency Survival Kit on sale at their lowest price ever for the next few weeks. At over 50% off, now is the time to act. I know this sounds silly, but I asked my parents for this as a birthday gift. {I know, I know, kinda boring.}

Disaster usually strikes suddenly and unannounced, allowing little or no time to prepare. If you have been waiting for a great deal, don’t put it off. Their 50% off special runs through the end of the month. They are having huge orders for this product, and it is currently in stock, but if your kit gets put on backorder, don’t fret. You’ll have it within 4 weeks.

So, you want it for F.R.E.E?

Shelf Reliance is offering one lucky HowDoesShe reader their very own Emergency Survival Kit.

3 easy ways to enter:

1. Leave a comment letting us know how you are prepared or are wanting to prepare for an emergency.

2. Visit the Shelf Reliance Website.

3. Say a quick prayer for those affected by recent natural disasters. {A quick silent one in your mind counts} ;)

Giveaway ends next Saturday, May 28th.

Thanks to Shelf Reliance for reminding us the importance of being prepared.

Amazing. I love the Self- Reliant website. I love it so much I might consider becoming a consultant. I love the idea of a 72 hour kit. We are planning on making them ourselves this summer, but it would be nice to have a professional one to use as a template. thank you for this very important information!

I have been praying daily for all those out there that have suffered so much. May God bless them all, and may we do all within our power to help as well.

I think its fun trying to see how much you can prepare! Stressful at the same time though, it’s kind of nerve racking trying to think of everything you and your family would need in case of emergencies! It would be so much easier to just know exactly what you need to prepare for! lol This pack is very nice! Thanks for the chance at such a great and useful giveaway!

  6. Ashley says:

I have been trying to get our emergency backpacks together, but after looking at this 2 person survival pack I realize there is so much more that I haven’t thought of. This looks like a great backpack to have. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of those affected in Japan, Missouri, Oklahoma, Alabama, and Georgia.

  8. Melanie says:

    Did check out the website…wow

  9. Melanie says:

Been building my food storage-that backpack would be a great addition-and inspires me to get something more portable…

  10. Jane says:

I have been trying to prep for years, but with limited storage, I haven’t been able to do much. I have made sure that I have first aid kits everywhere. And I have made sure that I am not one of those people who is rushing to the store to buy water and such the night before a big predicted storm. Its a slow process, but any little item helps along the way.
