7 Ideas for a Closet!

Here are 7 ideas on what to do with a closet. Tips on how to organize them in to an office or mudroom! Make sure you check out the mud room idea at the bottom!{It’s cool!}
My husband and I thought about doing this in our daughters room to maximize the ‘play’ area! We didn’t want a desk to take up more of her room. We’d just convert her clothes to her dresser/armoire that was already in the room. Another reason we loved this ideas is that you can shut it all in! Hide the office mess by closing the doors!
Here are some basic tips before you start:
1. Make sure to plan and measure.
2. Consider electrical and lighting.
3. Clean it out.
Sunset did this closet make over. Can I just tell you how much I love white with accents!

I love this idea! The Shabby Nest calls it ‘A Wicked Awesome Mud Rroom!’
She turned her closet into a mudroom.
The bench, ‘The cushion was made with an old crib mattress. I took the plastic cover off and sawed the thing in half’

Wow I love the mud room, really considering transforming our entry way!!!
I’m a big fan of transforming closets – we’ve transformed them a into baby changing center and a craft closet and LOVED them.

As a space challenged family, (picture 9 people in less than 2200 sf), I love these ideas! Does anyone know where you can get a huge sheet of the magnet board? That would be great in a few different rooms in my house!
