13 “Howl”arious Halloween Treats
October 27, 2011 by Bobbi
With Halloween only days away, it’s the perfect time to share some “howl”arious treats that will really stand out at your Halloween party! I Share Fun Food is such a great resource for all things “FUN FOOD”, and I was surprised by how many “non-sweet” treats are being submitted! Here are (of course) THIRTEEN of my favorite treacherous treats
1. Cheese Jack
Cute Food For Kids shares this super simple and fun “Jack” from babybel cheese!
2. Monster Dip
Isn’t this spinach and artichoke dip AMAZING?! It’s almost a shame to eat it, but …..watch me
Rook No. 17′s spin on the traditional deviled egg will have your guests “Owl”ing with laughter
Kitchen Fun created a Mummy that is SUPER Yummy and a great idea for lunch or dinner on Halloween!
5, 6, and 7 are cute Cake Pops!
Spider Pops from “365 Cake Pops”
Ghost Cake Pops from Hungry Happenings
These Chocolate Crescent Roll Bats from “The Party Animal” (aptly named…hee hee) will have guests lining up to take a “bite”!
These Witch Fingers from Rhodes Bread are some of the most realistic I’ve seen! And the yummiest
S’Mores aren’t just for the campground, and you can’t get any more “Spooky” than these haunted house s’mores!
11. Frankenstein Appetizer
Pocket Change Gourmet used easily found ingredients to create these cute AND healthy appetizers. These would be so fun for the kids to build themselves, too!
Another cute Halloween appetizer idea from Hungry Happenings! I love cheese balls (WAY TOO MUCH) and this “black cat” would be welcome to cross my path any day!
13. Apple Vampire
If you need something healthy, EASY, and SPOOKY, this is the perfect little treat. Smart!!
I wish I could share all of the “spook”tacular fun food ideas from IShare Fun Food, but I’d be here all day, and I’d drool all over my keyboard! Not a pretty sight. I’ll rely on you popping by to check out all of the food fun happening there. New ideas are being submitted each and every day! Have you submitted to I Share, yet? Hope to see you there, soon! Until then, enjoy some good eating and lots of sharing.
