Summer is here and the kids have never been filthier…uh…I mean, HAPPIER! If your little ones are anything like mine, they love to spend every second possible playing and exploring during these warm days of Summer, which is awesome. However, before I know it – school time arrives, and I realize that my children have developed the dreaded SUMMER MUSH MIND! AAaaack! Okay, I know they don’t lose everything they have learned throughout the school year over the summer months, but it doesn’t hurt to offer them the odd activity to keep their minds as sharp as can be – and, hey, they MIGHT even think it’s fun! I love checking out iShare Printables for the latest FREE Printable submissions that come in daily for new and fun ideas to keep our kids busy. I am sharing just 10 that caught my eye – there are SO MANY MORE! Let’s get those kids busy having fun AND doing a bit of learning, too.

Three cheers for including the phonics word wheel! I think this will come in handy for helping my daughter learn to read this summer. Also love the scavenger hunt and "plan your newspaper" - they're all so different and fun!
